We enjoyed a beautiful Easter weekend with wonderful friends here in Saint Louis. You can see here that the little people were pretty excited about all the Easter festivities. (This picture was taken Easter morning...)We kicked off Eater festivities on Saturday morning. We spent the morning with friends (chez Dando) eating good food, dying eggs, and then participating in an Easter egg hunt. It was Jess and Evelyn's first time dying and hunting for eggs. They enjoyed both very much.

Sunday morning began with the usual O-me-see (oatmeal) breakfast, followed by a little egg hunt here at the house. The kids found dried fruit, cheerios, and kumquats in their eggs. All of which was perfectly acceptable to them:
Eventually, we got dressed and then headed to Church.
Sunday service at Church was followed by yet another Easter egg hunt.
After the morning's fun and excitement, we headed home for naps, followed by a wardrobe
change, and then out again to spend the afternoon and evening with friends.
All in all, a really wonderful weekend.
